<br /><p> 据业主王先生告诉记者,他们在上周末来收房时,发现该楼盘尚未通过建委的验收。所谓的收房也只是与开发商签订一份《房屋交接确认书》和《房屋验收单》。</p>
<br /><p> 对此,开发商表示,为了能够提早交房,部分相关证明手续还要在稍后才能办理下来。</p>
<br /><p> 记者从通州区建委质量监督站负责该楼盘的肖站长处了解到,目前本岸开发商正准备验收,&ldquo;三书一证一表&rdquo;要在验收后才可拿到。</p>
