Human Resources Supervisor
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Operating recruiting strategies to support business recruitment needs;
Responsible for developing and maintaining staffing programs and events that supports culture and objectives;
Other HR related issues as may be instructed by HR manager or HR director.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably 27 – 30 years old, female;
Fluency in English is a must or knowledge of Japanese would be appreciated;
3 to 5 years working experience with foreign company in HR field;
Good communications and planning skills;
Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team;
Requires strong written and oral communication skills;
Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint);
Good knowledge of PRC labor/HR regulation and practice.
