Where is the right direction?

俺是在外企做秘书的. SUPPORT 一组的人和一个老板. 还SUPPORT会议及培训. 随着岁月的流逝,想找条后路,换个工作. 又不知做什么合适. 因为我除去英语还可以没有任何EDUCATION BACKGROUND. 比较迷茫. 不知各位有什么建议.

正在考虑考个英语专业的专升本,又不知VALUE 有多大,

去外企，发挥你的外语特长做业务。（包括你曾经有过的工作经验）

在好的企业做秘书也可以做一辈子的，可以考虑在公司内完成转行到Ａｄｍ或者Ｓourcing之类不很专业的工作，也可以考虑转到从事过的项目

你可能遇到了职业生涯的瓶颈期，冲冲电，拓展一下视野吧

if you have good relation with your boss, asking if can be internal transfered to HR or sales. From what you do, you are much like a HR people.

Yes, I am just thinking about to be Internal transfered to a totally different position. But what I am concern is can not find such  a good oppertunity.

I totally agree with you that Keep a good relationship with the current boss and get his support is very critical.

you can try to do training...as training position is very good for girl to apply...and the training candidates are still small in China...so training is a good position for you...
